I don't often go to Toys R Us for this reason, but I figured that if I pay for something online I wouldn't have to deal with the madness. I also understand that it's the holiday season and things are just a mess, but since I purchased online and received confirmation that my order is ready for pick up - I absolutely assume that it's waiting for me at the register for pick up. Well, certainly not the case here. Been waiting over 20 min for an order that was suppose to be ready. People that had come after me have already received their orders. Also doesn't help that the workers aren't the warmest people. Had I known it would have taken this long I would have just done it myself. #fail
To make matters worse... after waiting a solid 30 min for my order - finally got irritated and wow, my order was at the register the entire time! Such incompetence. Maybe if that lady Arlene actually did her job in customer service. Guess you can't help incompetent people. #superfail
Seriously though - how do you miss a massive Star Wars box that's right by your foot?!?!
