  • This pho is soooo delicious! The atmosphere is a little too grungy for me tho. The only reason it's getting three stars is because an hour for soup and 20 mins for a drink is a little too much. The waiter was panicked the entire time. Maybe more servers would make the experience better for everyone. GREAT food tho. Highly recommend for a snack or a first date. The server will definitely leave you alone.
