  • I just moved here from Southern Cali and have realized that I was lucky and spoiled with my one stop shop Nail and Wax place back home. Since I didn't need a fill, I have no comment on that service. I found this place here on yelp, followed the website and booked an online appointment for 5:30 for a Brazilian. I arrived and the store was busy however I was greeted right away. I advised them I booked an appointment for a Brazilian and was taken back 5 minutes later. The older woman who performed the service asked if I was getting a bikini wax and I confirmed Brazilian. She stuttered in low confidence when she said ok. She didn't complete the service. She said she couldn't do the Brazilian. The worst part was she still tried to charge me for a Brazilian. I disagreed and ended up paying for a bikini wax. Also, their fees on their website and in a pamphlet they keep at their reception desk is wrong. Bikini wax is 30 and not 20. Brazilian is 45 and not 30. I was really hoping that this place was my "It" place however they shouldn't advertise services their staff isn't capable of completing.
