  • Of all the great reviews I was really disappointed with the services rendered. I came in for a fill with gel polish and a gel pedicure. I had to instruct the tech through the process. I asked for square straight and she completely re shaped my nails to her liking. Had to get the manager to re do two nails because she filed past my nail. At this point I'm thinking how bad could the pedi be? Ha! My 8 year old could have done a better job! She cleaned the gel off of my toes and dumped the shavings into the water that I was soaking my feet in! Ugh! When I asked her to change it she let the water out and filled the same tub back up!! I am so sad that I wasted $70 in this place!! I posted this review before I ever left your shop. You did not charge me for the nails but I did pay $40 for the pedicure and a nail chipped the same day and you fixed it the next day. I appreciate you trying to rectify the problem and being apologetic , as well as sensitive to my concerns. Again, the only part of this review that was not accurate is the price and it was posted prior to you giving me the discount.
