  • I have purchased here several times on my lunch at work. I have not once, and I mean it, not once have they been polite at this kiosk. I don't even receive a hello when I walk up. Today I went to purchase a medium drink and pretzel. The lady said we only have to sizes in the drink, no medium. I said okay can I see the cup sizes, and she didn't even point or anything she just said it's the yellow cup with a sharp tone. I'm sorry but if you can be pleasant and laughing and cheerful with your staff, why can't you be nice to the customers who are keeping you in business? I shop here about once a week and they see me there. And every time I go they see me and know I work in the mall and they purposely ring me up everything at full price. So I will not be purchasing anything from this pretzel kiosk anymore. I don't need a the negativity when I've had a stressful day at work and I just want to enjoy my lunch. Bye Felicia!
