I had an unlicensed plumber by the name of Aaron McInelly replace a leaking water heater. When he was done, the new water heater leaked at both soldered joints, the flue was not taped, and the gas line was kinked. All of this was done while I was out of town, and when I got home, I had a mess--and smelled gas! A person at a plumbing supply shop recommended Jay. He sent Patrick over and for a very reasonable price fixed all the issues, including replacing the "new" water heater under warranty because the previous plumber's leak had damaged the gas chamber.
Patrick's workmanship was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and gracious. One small thing he did really impressed me. He borrowed a garden hose to empty the water heater. The hose was in a tangled mess with another hose, and when the job was complete I found both hoses neatly coiled. So rare to find anyone who cares that much.
