I will have to give this apartment complex a big fat 0, it shouldn't get a star that's for sure but there is not an option for no star. When I moved in there was a great guy working there that was amazing. He worked with us and was great. We talked to the management about us buying a house and had to pay $2400 plus dollars in cancellation fees to break the lease, however was told we could make payments. After 1 month, they sent it to collections. Then when I called to talk to them about why it was sent to collections, I was told that if I was late any, it would be and they didn't care. The new management there is HORRIBLE. I could not even imagine why they would treat customers so horrible and tell them one thing and not follow it. I received a bill for the remaining amount that was not correct, they charged me for extra days when I turned in my keys early. When I called to talk to the manager, he told me he would look into it and call me back. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM! You think that they would have better customer service. When I contacted the management office to talk to the manager about the collection notice, he was "unavailable" and would call me back. NEVER DID AGAIN. Called again the next morning, and the assistant talked to him about it and wouldn't allow me to. This "manager" is HORRIBLE and will not call customer back because he knows he's in the wrong.
This apartment complex is very flashy and has a nice pool but it's not worth dealing with crappy customer service and being treated horrible. DON'T MOVE THERE.
