Out of all the Chinese bakeries I've tried in Chinatown (ding dong, furama, manshion, Chinese bakery), I think Hong Kong Island has the best products in terms of quality. Yes, their buns are a bit more expensive (90cents-$1) compare to the other places (50-60cents), but the size of their buns r bigger, and don't cheap down on the fillings, so I rather pay a bit more to get a mouthful of red bean paste on every bite of my favourite red bean pineapple bun!
1 less star on the cleanliness of their sit down tables though. There's always some bread crumbles or greasy every time I go there, the staff should wipe their tables more often
