I received both an email and a snail mail from Cox to renew my services and save. Both the email and snail mail indicate either " renew and save" or " great opportunity to renew your services at a low price. When you enter the "special web address in the snail mail you are told the web address can't be found, ( yes I spelled it right and tried both www and http) When you go to your account page there is nothing to be found. Your only option is to call the phone number, at which point, instead of just telling you the renewal price, they "explain your options".
I don't blame the person answering the phone who was just doing her job, but come on, just tell me the renewal cost in the email or snail mail and don't waste my time with having to spent 5 minutes ( the estimate from the system) n hold and then have to deal with the selling spiel.
On top of that the internet service is horrible and rarely reaches the speed they brag about. ( yes I've checked the speed). The cameras on the security system are frequently unable to be reached remotely. As are the electronic locks so you can't let people in the house remotedly.
