  • I recently purchased a car here at Carmax in Tolleson. Part of the reason I went there was because of their 5 day return policy. They gave me a ridiculous trade in value for my car, but I accepted, which is on me. Well I decided to return the car within the five days, and I just want everyone to know that if you do that, don't expect to get your car back. Instead they will give you a check for the ridiculous amount they offered you. I don't know if this is even legal but they will not return your car, so just want everyone to know that before you decide to trade in your car. Oh, and if you put some money down, it will take about two weeks to get a check in the mail. I will admit though, that the return process was easy and hassle free.
