  • I give this business one star because the people doing the actual cleaning do a decent job. They set you up for a monthy charge that you have to jump through hoops to cancel. Even though they say you will receive notification of scheduled bookings 24 hours prior, it never happens. The first time, the cleaner herself contacted me the morning of to make sure I knew about it; apparently several of her customers where having this issue as well according to her. I never received notice from the company its self. The second time, I received a text 1.5 hours prior to start time; conveniently just under their 2 hour window for rescheduling/cancelling. When I received the text, I immediately contacted the cleaner personally to cancel and she was able to meet my request. I then contacted the company to see if I was due a refund. They told me not only do I not get a refund but they will be keeping my 116 dollars because it was under the 2 hour window. In short, this company is a scam. Don't fall for the low introductory price; they absolutely overcharge for the service and make it inconvenient to receive service because of their shady notification practices. They then cheat you out of your hard earned money knowing that they aren't sending prior notification as they should be; you have to follow the policy but they don't hold up their end. Absolutely the worst customer service experience in my life.
