  • My mom rented a car the internet accidentally put a wrong name in and she prepaid. Last name was the she, credit card was the same and e-mail too. They made he rent and pay a second time even tho she had called Alamo and they said at both the 800 number and the local number they would just change the name at rental. We are telling everyone NOT to use Alamo and we will never use them again! Horrible customer service.
