  • Do not expect any sort of professionalism from this office. A friend and I used a Groupon there for a Botox injection (which I have done at other offices with great results) and it took me 2 days to make an appointment for us because no one would answer the phone, or call me back after leaving a message. Then when my friend's results were not the desired ones, or even close, the "Doctor" took zero accountability for it let alone attempted to fix the undesired results. My friend left the office in tears and was even asked if "maybe she had those results before the injections"? Give me a break, I think a person knows their own face. Obviously there is always a risk involved but the Dr wasn't even sympathetic or willing to try to fix the result besides recommending $600 in Juvederm. I am sorry but that is a pathetic excuse for a Dr. I will never use this office again and I suggest no one else does either.
