  • If you want professional and quick, these guys are great! They moved our stuff in about 4 hours. (We didn't have many things!) :) However, I give them 3 stars because the staff were professional, yes, but didn't seem very friendly. The last moving company I hired, the staff were very friendly and talkative! It's nice to have people who are very personable when they are handling all of your personal stuff! Also, one of the movers broke a glass vase of ours, with a very robotic apology to make up for it. Grant it, the vase was not highly valuable, but what if it was? Would I get the same "meh" apology? I just felt like that was kind of lame. You break something of someone's and then just shrug your shoulders about it, as if I should have expected that to happen! Anyway, besides that, it was a good move. They are a very professional and quick company, I will not argue that. But I feel as though they could have done better in their customer service.
