  • I would never, ever go back to this place. Not even if it were the last spa within a 600 mile radius. Let's count the red flags, shall we: 1. Who puts a spa next to a beauty salon? When I entered the spa area, all I could hear were the blow dryers, chatter and music from the salon that shared the wall with the spa waiting area. Definitely poor planning. 2. The spa attendant needs to be made aware that inside the spa, one should use INSIDE voices. She was giving me the tour and at first, I thought she might be deaf due to the volume at which she was speaking. 3. When the spa is booked, it would be in the best interest of the attendant to spread out the locker assignments. The clearly incompetent spa attendant decided to put EVERYONE in the back row. It was a royal pain trying to get dressed/undressed with about 15 other women fighting to get to their lockers as well. (Meanwhile, the entire rest of the locker room was wide open) 4. I had to basically stalk the spa attendant to be served the champagne that came with my appointment. (I got there an hour and a half early to enjoy the amenities and finally found the attendant 5 minutes before my treatment. When I cornered her, she was clearly bothered that I interrupted her folding of towels to fetch my champagne) 5. I find it extremely tacky that the 20% gratuity is added on and paid for prior to the service. I feel that the massage therapist knew this beforehand so she could half ass the massage. The massage therapist I had should have been at a massage envy or some other subpar facility because she was definitely out of her element. 6. To add insult to injury, when I left my massage, I headed back to the steam room to try and relax one more time before departing. There was some sort of party going on in the hot tub and the women were yelling back and forth and laughing loudly. If the spa attendant had any sort of skill at her job, this is definitely when she should have stepped in and requested the party to lower their voices. In the end, I left beyond upset. The place needs updating, the spa attendant should be fired due to lack of ability to do her job and the massage was a waste of my time. I do not recommend this place and I would never, ever go back.
