I've been to this nationwide location a couple times and each time I go, the employees are just plain rude, it feels like they're annoyed of being there. I asked a question about my insurance telling them that I was on this certain plan and if it made a difference and the front office girl with glasses and dark curly hair just rolled her eyes and said "you should of told me that when you called" with attitude. Anyways, I'm not sure if it's a nationwide policy for the employees to be rude with patients because I've been to a couple more locations and the customer service is pretty much the same.
