  • I was very disappointed with the service. When the guy came to my house he gave me an estimate far above the coupon price. Then he proceeded to tell me that since I had white carpets I needed to have them steamed cleaned, therefore, I had to reschedule for another time because he only did dry cleaning. One would think that they would ask this question when I called. So I wasted an entire day waiting to have nothing done. When I called to voice my complaint they just said sorry and we can schedule you for the steam cleaning. Not very professional.
