| - Parking here for 1 week ended up costing me $400. I parked here to use their shuttle service to the airport. I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, after the driver berated me for not standing by the door. And then, after returning from the airport and driving home, I found that all four tire covers had been stolen (dealership charged me $360 to replace). After requesting a refund of the $40 parking charge the next day, the hotel manager, Shannon M., accused me of faking my own car theft, among other things. To make things worse, Shannon M. demanded that I pay $225.00 if I wanted to see the video surveillance. To be frank, I had only thought that I would receive a partial refund. Instead, I was met with the worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced--which is saying a lot coming from someone who has personally worked years in the customer service industry. It's funny that their managers respond to the majority of the online reviews with "I wish you had said something about your problem." I did, and all it did was cause more problems. Save yourself the headache and park somewhere secure or at the airport. It will cost you a lot less in the end, and save you your sanity. I will actively advise any clients of mine traveling to Cleveland not to use this facility.
