rev:text	Zero, zero, zero stars would be more appropriate! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, INEXPERIENCED, RUDE, AND CONDESCENDING COMPANY I'VE EVER CAME INTO CONTACT WITH! They were supposed to come and fix our leaky fridge and broken ice maker. VISIT 1: They scheduled to come by between 12 and 4 (Which was quite a window of time considering it was my only day off and had a million other things to do). Of course no one calls prior to them being on the way and they show up in the 15 minute time period where I go pick up my daughter from school. The "receptionist" calls to ask why we're not home and I told her I was on my way back will be back home within 5 minutes. She put me on hold and left me there til eventually I hung up. Got back home the "technician" left before I got there. They never call to reschedule. I'm renting so the owners call this company and reschedule Visit 2: This young guy dressed as a "technician" comes in no greeting no facial expression just an I'm here to fix the fridge. 5 freakin minutes later after merely opening the freezer and putting his hand over the ice maker and filling out his little clipboard says ok I'm done. He says we need a new ice maker. When I asked about the leak he tells me to unplug the refrigerator for 72 hours to let it defrost! Unplug my refrigerator for 3 days in Vegas!?! I thought this the craziest idea I ever heard I have kids no refrigerator is not an option but not knowing any better I sign his invoice and he says they'll call when the ice maker comes in. In the meantime I do a little internet/YouTube research to see how this leak is really supposed to be fixed. And the main thing I learned was the first step is to take off the back panel of the freezer to see if the drain holes are clogged w/ice etc. Now when the "technician" comes back I'll know at least the first steps to him fixing the problem. Visit 3: This time he literally didn't say one word when I let him in to do his job. Immediately he starts changing the ice maker and I know he again is not going to check the back of the freezer because you have to take the ice maker out to take off the back panel of the freezer. 4 minutes later when he says he's done again and to give the ice maker a couple hours to start making ice. I told him that he's supposed to check the back of the fridge this time to see if the drain holes were clogged with something. He said "No, I told you to defrost the fridge for 72 hours" and when I tell him I have kids who need to eat and turning my refrigerator off for 3 days was not an option he shrugged his shoulders as if to say oh well, not my problem. At this point for the owners sake I clarify just make sure I said So you're not going to check the back of the freezer, the water lines nothing?? With an attitude again a swift No was what I got. My husband who was @ work thru all these visits and could see my frustration with these people calls them up to complain that again all the elements weren't checked. He told her the "technician" didnt even remove the ice to check the drain holes to which she rsponded "we dont remove ice" a refrigerator repair person who doesnt remove ice to see the underlying peroblem?!?!(btw the only place there was ice build up was behind and under the back freezer panel where I couldn't get to it to remove it myself) The rude "receptionist" lady wasn't helpful at all!! In fact she was defending her "technician"telling us we need to unplug the fridge like he said. When he asks what we're supposed to do with all the food that's in the fridge she tells him "bring it to a neighbors house" what!?! Needless to say the owners refuse to use this company ever again and the topper. It's two weeks later. . STILL NO ICE! End of story this company is useless! You're better off YouTube - ing your repair needs and fixing it yourself.
