I went with a party and will only discuss my experience with the food. I purchased Teriyaki Steak for dinner. In came a platter with 12 one-inch cubes of steak with no seasoning, no teriyaki sauce, no sauce of any kind. It came with a mound of rice--that was very tasty--but no veggies. And all this plethora of food was $16. Very disappointed that the food is average, beginner chef stuff. Nakato in Pineville needs to take their food to the next level and offer flavor with every bite. Include savory, in-season, seasoned veggies with all meals to help the customer feel they have gotten their money's worth when they pay $16 for a meal. I ended up bringing it home, adding onions, green/yellow squash, and sliced carrots, along with some Chinese teriyaki sauce with a shake of red pepper. Voila.
