  • The jet looked new but the services offered were very bare bones - for example no entertainment. The first class service is comparable to coach on most airlines. No meals. Just bags of chips and pretzels. No champagne. They have warm white wine which is served in a plastic cup. Classy. The upgrade isn't worth it unless having a little more space is really important to you. I hope they don't take over American.
