  • In my opinion, Tonkatsu Kyoshi serves the highest-quality katsu in the Las Vegas area. It is located in the Southwest area where people usually don't visit for food. This is why the restaurant is not too busy, despite the fact that their food is amazing. They serve their fried items on wire rack to keep them away from any moisture. I tried their Hire Katsu, and it was amazing. The outside was crunchy and the insider was soft. The texture couldn't be better. The sauce was good too. The interior is simple. Nothing too fancy. The noise level is low. Also, the staff was awesome! Everyone was so nice, and the service was quick! Tonkatsu Kyoshi is definitely a 5-star restaurant!
