  • If I could give a zero, I would. As another reviewer mentioned, this place is to be avoided at all costs. They operate under at least three different names online. The hotel in which they operate has a plaque in their lobby disclaiming any connection to them. If these are not enough clues for you...they claimed that we had damaged our vehicle (there was a little ding, and we have no way of knowing whether it was there previously) and ultimately dinging our insurance for a nice sum. They work hard to add on unjustified charges as well. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
