I sent an inquiry for an estimate. I received an immediate quote on paper and a contract. I literally was contacted again in less than 24 hours by a worker who claims I didn't respond and that the date I asked for moving had passed. I went back to original quote which showed a date 3 months from now. When I asked for clarification on what calendar system was being used since 3 months into the future has not passed, this person become immediately rude and accused me of wasting their time. If this is how customers are treated on inquiries, I can only imagine how the service would be and the damage that could potentially occur with my personal belongings. This person then accused me of taking things personal so I asked for a supervisor.
