rev:text	I had my surgery 2 years ago and all good. I came in for my 2 year check up but they failed to tell me--by phone, email or text, that I was required to provide my own vision coverage (not a big deal since I do have coverage) but as I drove 20 minutes out of my way I come to find out they are not participating with either of my coverages Awesome communication...this could have been avoided with a 2 minute phone call instead of 20 minute drive and 10 minutes in the office.
