  • This place is soooooo shabby chic. The owners (or at least the interior designers) must've had some social media obsessed teenage daughters because everything in here is so aesthetically pleasing and instagrammable--even the exterior of the restaurant!!! IT IS SO CUTEEEE. My friends and I were having way too much fun taking pictures for yelp than looking at the menu. Waitress came back a lot to ask if we were ready, which I guess is a lot better than being ignored. We got the half carafe of sangria. You had the option of red or white wine but the waitress recommended red, so we went with that! The carafe was about 5 glasses of sangria, so it's a lot more cost efficient than ordering a single glass of sangria by itself. The sangria is served in wine glasses, which i thought was kind of weird since there was a huge straw sticking out of it. But still, it was very tasty. The sangria was very sweet. I liked it!! I ordered the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was very tasty and rich. The English muffin was buttery and perfectly crispy. All in all, one of the best benedicts I've had in my lifetime. I also got a bite of my friends' foods. My friends ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the breakfast pizza. The fried chicken wasn't super crispy. It was slightly sweet which I didn't mind. The sandwich also came with a Caesar salad; I think the dressing also had some lemon in it because it was very bright. I liked it. The breakfast pizza was cheesy and eggy goodness. The crust of the pizza was crunchy and was a good contrast to the creaminess of the cheese/eggs. I would order the breakfast pizza again. All in all, I had a great time at honey salt. I can't wait to come back for their happy hour.
