  • Friendly staff and I often see the owner there. I find the quality of the exterior wash to be acceptable but I always find a lot of things missed on the interior. I don't expect them to scrub like I'd get with a detail but I do expect minor spots to be wiped up evenly. I drive a lot for work and sometimes have minor, non-sticky spills. With the wash I received today you can see the uneven wipe marks and it's really obvious where they missed. Also, they tend to ignore wiping the back interior window. In the past, I'd actually taken my car back and had them wipe down the missed window because it was so obviously dirty. After that, on repeat visits one guy remembered I want that window wiped down and he'd always tell them to make sure to do it. I appreciate that. Today he was not there, I didn't even think to request it be done and sure enough, kid prints were not wiped off that window. Instead of buying their most expensive wash, I should buy the cheaper one and wipe down the inside myself.
