| - As the store had previously suggested, I returned WITH my daughter this time. Since it was close to their closing time, and it takes me awhile to both get in and outta the car (I'm disabled), I sent her running ahead. Their prediction was spot on...her roller skates wheel bearings died almost a month after they had replaced her axle spacers and bearings. I hopped, skipped and jumped in to discover my daughter both amazed as two young men simultaneously and expertly repaired her wheels. She was laughing and in tears, as they joked about her poor skates! Of course they remembered me, her Mother. But me tinks they especially remembered her skates. The poor dears were scuffed up and creaking. They told her, "the difference will be like night and day!" I also joked with her on how she should: "Love yo skates! (As in polish them). Be at one with yo skates!" They charged her far less than what I had expected and we both left grinning. Now, all jokes aside, you should know that I took her to a neighboring park and had her skate. She was gushing about how smoothly and noiselessly, her skates rolled. Yup, it's their professionalism we respect.
