  • It's currently 30 degrees out and we've had no gas for 12 hours. Apparently the Google Fiber construction crews hit the main gas line and they were working to fix it today, but not only did they never even come by and tell us service was shut off, ours still isn't back on. So it's midnight, 30 degrees, we have no heat, no hot water, and no stove, and PNG doesn't have ANY contact numbers staffed with service reps after 7pm. Thanks, PNG!
