  • If you consider yourself a foodie and a Montrealer, and you've never been here, then you are missing the boat on THE culinary experience. There's nowhere like PDC in the world and it is truly a taste of Quebec's finest cuisine terroir. Unpretentious atmosphere and always superb service accompanies dishes that are all to die for. From the foie-gras cromesquis, duck in a can, foie-gras and boudin tarte, bison ribs to their rotating selection of super original and delicious appetizers, you can't go wrong. Do yourself a favour and go...NOW! Actually you can't. You'll need to reserve a couple of weeks in advance to get a table.
