  • Wow.. so these days customer service is something you don't get these days. It was about 615 after a long day at work and my son needed a hair cut. I went to Yelp, of course :) and this place looked promising. And man on man did they deliver, not only was my son cut the best looking cut done by Andrea he has ever had. She was kind and her service was again something you don't get just anywhere! And then Sara at the front desk. What a gem. She was kind and efficient. They close at 8. So I sent in a request for an appointment and the owner of the company Tammy K. Responded in seconds. She let me know she was not at that location and was not 100% sure if there was any openings left and ask if I would mind calling to see. She didn't have to even respond or be so kind in her response but of course she was. I don't think anyone working here had any poor service. I called and Sara said "oh man I'm sorry I'm not sure we have anything left but hang on just a second and let me check" comes back on and tells me "I'll get you in a 715 is that ok" well damn that service again. I felt I was talking to a friend or if I had been here 1000 times, but this was the first time. I got off the phone with Sara and I said "wow" that was the best service I've had in years and that was just a phone call! Well when we got there Sara was just as great and Andera is now our go to hair dresser for my son and I am having my boyfriend change to here also. The atmosphere here is great. I wish they could cut my hair too! Well with all this said all I can wrap this up with is.. leave your salon you're at and come here. I would reccomend these ladies to any person I know! Make your appointment today and experience this amazing place yourself!
