  • This location has not provided good service in the three years we have been patrons. We consistently wait 25 to 30 minutes for a couple burgers and fries, and our food is always delivered with an apology and agree order of something because they were out of an ingredient or forgot to drop our onion rings. Tonight was epic and the last time we will eat here. It took 45 minutes to get our food and when it arrived it was poorly wrapped and thrown in the bag. Both burgers were ice cold and the food was delivered with another apology and after order of chili fries, because our onion rings were not ready. I told the "manager" that our burgers were cold and she said she could reheat them for me. And indicated she is sorry everything is taking so long but she can't get her employees to work. She offered to remake the burgers, and said they were still running behind. I asked for a refund and that's the end of that. This location will never get it together. So if you are up for an adventure, and a good story to share at the end of the night, stop by this fat burger. Just don't come hungry.
