I had such a better experience at Bomba the second time I went. The waitress was really helpful with opinions and details and the presentation of the food was kicked up about 3 notches. I noticed that the aioli was sprinkled nicely on top of the fries and my tacos looked way more appetizing because they were nicely put together.
I got the char grilled corn and kale tacos which were delicious. My sister got to fried avocado taco and said it was good too. I tried the chicken and bacon sandwich which was pretty decent as well, I really liked the chimichurri and horseradish sauce as well as the ciabatta-like bread.
I wanted a margarita but I forgot my ID and she couldn't serve me without an ID--so make sure you don't leave that at home!!
