  • Pros: Awesome steaks, awesome sides, awesome service, awesome drinks, Happy Hour steak specials! Cons: Not really a con but you need to make a reservation. Parking can be a challenge. I have been here a few times and every time has been great. The atmosphere is business casual but you can dress up or down from that without it being an issue. Let me get this out of the way, two of the five best steaks I have had in the last five years have come from this place. This is a place any steak fan visiting or living in Las Vegas must come visit. You get very high quality steaks, sides and drinks here. I have tasted a couple of different cuts but I say go with the Ribeye. The drink menu is really fun, it categorizes drinks by era. You can still get a Budweiser if you want, but seriously, DON'T. The drinks are well described and crafted with the level of care you can expect from any retro speak easy. The service has also been great every time I have gone. The last two times I went with my fiance we had Mark helping us and he is awesome. Go here, it is worth it. One last hint, get the donuts for dessert.
