  • The only way I can think of to describe Makino LV is to compare it to the chain of Todai asian buffet restaurants. The quality is siimilar (which means good), this Makino is about half the size of any Todai place I have been to (and I have been to several), and the selection of dishes is also about half the variety of Todai's. The cost is a bit less than Todai. All in all, if you want to avoid the hustle of a Todai (which are usually situated in a busy area of a down-town), then come here by all means.
