  • If I could give the HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO a big FAT ZERO I definitely would. We arrived at 10:15 a.m. today July 31,2017 and still haven't checked into our room, it's now 3:53 p.m. We stood in line over an hour to be told we were only "pre-checking" here for a for a convention I'm sure they've known about over a year. We received a text at nearly 2 p.m. to tell us the room was ready and now standing in line AGAIN and it's longer than the original registration line, which now the guests arriving and registering are receiving their rooms before us!!!!! Like WTF REALLY. We're NEVER AND I DO MEAN NEVER EVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. We went to register four the convention with 3 times the people send was out in less than 20 mins. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! There are many hotels in Vegas be smart CHOOSE ANTHER ONE the only reason were here is because it's the host hotel
