rev:text	I was moving out of our rental that was 90% carpet! I first called Mauricio after reading all his great reviews and he came to my house that week for a free quote. First I was shocked that the price was so good considering it was a 4 bedroom 2 story house that was completely carpeted! He came the following week and did an amazing job the carpets looked better then when we moved in and he even lifted all the stains off the carpet. He also has a 7 day guarantee and of course the home owner found 2 little spots that only a home owner would find to complain about but we called him and no problem he came out retouched them and she was happy with it! I am very happy with his work and service! Our new rental is all tile and wood flooring but I will be calling Mauricio to come clean my couches in the future. I can't thank him enough his great job on the carpets got me back my whole depost of 1,050! If you need your carpets cleaned do not hesitate to call Mauricio!
