I went in to get a bridge for a missing tooth and was recommended by this dentist that I get other crowns for most of my molars had hairline fractures. Everyone of the crowns were too short ruining my bite. When I mentioned this to him he got upset asking me if I thought he did not do a good job, I replied, "I did not say you did a bad job, I said the crowns are too short". He grabbed my jaw telling me I did something to my bite between appointments after a very brief exam and left telling the dental assistant to finish up. He was rude, hurt my jaw with his grip and had an indifferent attitude. I was so distraught over his mistreatment I did not go back to him for the last crown and had another dentist place it. It was this dentist that referred me to a bite specialist verifying my bite was off.
He has one door out into retirement and cares less. I had to go see another Dentist who recommended I see a bite specialist. I wear a guard for my bite because my front teeth hit each other and they hurt. The stress of damaging my front teeth is exhausting. This has caused much anxiety and stress let alone the financial costs. He was paid in full over 7 thousand dollars. I would NOT recommend him at all. Not even for a cleaning when he did not even bother to resolve things or call to see what he could do, or if I was alright. He just did not care. I was afraid to go back to see him, I was so distraught and I am still obsessing over this. Dentist are difficult for me to be comfortable with in the first place and his lack of professionalism, rudeness and physical abuse has me in knots, still months later.
This is not yet over for me, I have another appointment with a specialist the end of this month. Im very sad over this.
