  • I've never been to any of the Emiliano's locations, and the new one in McCandless is across the street from our business, so we thought we would give it a try. My beloved had tacos and I had the Enchiladas Supreme. They made a special combination at my request and didn't look at me like I was weird that I wanted 2 types of sauces. They were pretty tasty too! My one bone to pick the whole restaurant wasn't with the food, it was with the ambiance of the place. I felt like the lighting was really a little too bright. We ate in the bar area, but when we left, I saw the main dining area - also really bright. I would suggest dimming the lights a little and maybe even putting candles on the tables. A little color with artwork would be welcome as well, as everything was brown on brown. The atmosphere in a restaurant is important. Something a little cozier would be nice. I wish them well at this new location, a little fine tuning make it a perfect place to dine.
