  • I had a terrible experience at Terribles... I came here for a smog check and they told me their computer wasn't connecting to the Dmv. It was an inconvenience but not a big deal. I left and decided to come back in a few days. I came back and it was working. They did my smog check and I go to my car only to find out they locked my keys in my car. They asked me if I had a spare... Uh yeah but I don't carry my spare key with my everywhere. I told them they better figure out how to get my keys out because this was not my mistake. Luckily, I left the window open a little and they found someone who had long enough arms to fit their arm in the car and unlock it. I won't be coming back here.
