Okay, so when I called this company the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful (giving me tips on my front load washer) but then, my gut feeling was right, so I called the company back and actually needed someone to come look at my washer. It wasn't filling up with enough water to do loads of laundry. So they sent this tech out (his name is Pete). So Pete gets there and obviously doesn't know about front load washers because right away he is telling me that my washer is "donzo" as if it's no good. I asked him what is wrong with it. He told me that "the berring drum was defected" I told him.. okay, But it's spinning just fine, but why isn't it filling up with water? He told me he isn't sure why. But that the washer isn't worth fixing. So I call my husband and he tells me to ask Pete to just order the part and fix it. Pete tells me that it's not worth fixing. Literally INSISTS that my washer is trashed (lol) my washer is super nice and gently used. I am like okay.. well what am I supposed to do? My husband tells me just whatever he'll try to fix it. So Pete literally charges me 100$ to tell
Me that. I am obviously pissed cause I could just tell that Pete didn't know what was wrong so he was telling me that. I paid him and he left. (I shouldn't have paid him!) but .. ya know how that goes. So next day my husband buys a switch (the sensor that tells the washer how much water to fill up) he puts it in- watching YouTube! And boom it's all fixed! Working perfectly!!! MORAL OF STORY- DONT CALL THIS COMPANY- WATCH YOUTUBE FIRST! Lol
