Tony Cress is definitely one of the best trainer in town. Currently I have gym membership in few different places. And let me tell you, this is really the only one work out well for me. I could excercise by myself 2 hrs a day for a month and still don't see the same result for been in there just 2 weeks. Train with Tony really build up my strength. We don't lift have weights, but I build the most good looking muscles that way. We don't really lift anything over 30lbs. The classese im attending right now are the Bootcamp and TRX. And twice a week is enough for me. Thats how effective and efficient the training is!! And Tony always provide special to motivate people to work out. And he is really passionate about fitness. We now have around 4 or 5 friends all in the same class
