  • When this place first opened, it was great (5 Stars). I would take both my personal vehicle and the company car there at least once a week. Since everything was so good, and it was usually right on my way to work/home, I decided to buy the Unlimited $24.95/month wash for my personal SUV. And, for quite some time, it was doing well (4 and 5 Stars). And, the Free vacuums work real well, too. For the $3.00 wash, I don't expect the car to come out perfectly clean and spot free. But, when paying $10.00 +, I except certain things and this placed delivered. At least in the beginning. But over the past 3 or 4 months, the top blaster won't always tilt in to clean the soap of the back window. And, my rims are not getting as clean as they use to. While these issues aren't a big problem, they now have a new policy (or, so I was told) where they don't allow the brushes to come across the back of my RAV 4 because of the external-mounted spare tire (went through this place and several others at least 100 times w/o a problem). But, because of the setting, it also doesn't do the front and the right brush does not always make full contact with the side of the vehicle. Or, 2 or 3 times, only 1 brush moved across the front/back, which left the other half still dingy looking. As well, as being severely spotted a couple of times. Also, depending on who's working the "front", some of the guys really apply the bug cleaner good. Others, just barely get the front bumper wet. So, it looks like I'm going to cancel this service.
