  • The staff and furniture are pretty good. But I had a problem with 2 pieces that I tried to get resolved by their customer service! 6 weeks, 20 phone calls, 9 different people and 2 managers later I have had no results. They all lied several times and would not return calls even after I told them that they said that before. This was a legit scratch on a cabinet glass and a mark on lounge piece of sectional that I bought. Spent $4400!!!! Absolutely pathetic! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
