  • Thanks to my friend Sue, I absolutely LOVE this place! Jim is so welcoming every time I have come in. He even had a personal phone call and told them he would call back because he had a customer! (In my past experiences most employees take the call and ignore me). He helped me find, try on and adjust a harness that fit and was comfortable for my new dog I recently rescued. And he even gave me samples and food recommendations for her as she has been having issues. And later when I got home I looked and saw that he emailed me to thank me for coming in and hoped that the product he gave me goes well for her! I will continue to come here instead of places like Petco for their outstanding customer service and knowledge of products for my dog :)
