Went on a Monday afternoon and parking wasn't bad at all. Expensive af, but whatever. Luckily there were spots on the ground level of the garage because anything above it only has a 7' clearance.
The 3 men running security were very polite so I was feeling better about this trip. THEN... I got to the front desk and was greeted with a smile by the older black woman at the desk (last name Smith). W/in 5 secs of me getting the correct paper for her, she turned into a straight b****. Snatching paperwork, rolling her eyes, etc. I do not understand what her issue is. Why so damn rude?? Her job is obviously not difficult. There's a previous review describing the slug lady from monsters inc. Yep. Thats her.
I wish that the IRS actually cared about their service and would retrain or replace her. Sadly, I know nothing will be done about it.
After that wonderful interaction, I walked down to cubicle 10 and spoke to a fellow veteran named Bradley. Although their system was giving him trouble and he wasn't able to help me, his effort was what made the difference. He actually gave a damn and tried plenty of different ways. So thanks Bradley.
The security guards and Bradley are the ONLY reasons I gave this place 4 stars. Ms. Smith can go sit in syrup.
