| - DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL PLACE!!!!
I recently moved from Los Angeles, CA to Phoenix. I have been to this nail salon in the past when i was here just visiting (6years ago...lol), I forgot where it was located until one day I was able to drive past it and recognized it. I stopped by after work and had my nails fixed here by a "new male employee"I had the most pleasant time while he worked on my nails. He was super friendly and talked to me throughout the entire time. He did let me know he was new to the salon though, but he did an excellent job. I went back 2 weeks later to get a change of gel color on my nails and a gel pedicure. He was not there that day but i needed the job done. The lady that did my pedicure hurt my toes many times and then i had to constantly tell her how to do her job properly. She wasn't cleaning, filing nor cutting the in grown nails right (lazy jobbing my pedicure). She was done with my pedicure and let the "manager" know that i was next up to get my nails done. The manager then proceeded to help another girl out instead of me! WTF! After waiting for about 10 minutes, the lady that did my pedicure finally tells me that she'll just do my nails also. I had acrylic on my natural nails and i told her i didn't wish to add more acrylic. Then she did what all nail ladies do, "Yes, you need acrylic, i can not do without acrylic. Acrylic betta". i was already super annoyed since i had been there for an hour and a half just on pedicure chair. I told her fine do it.
She reshaped my nails to a completely crooked shape and gave them an unnatural look (which is how i always get them)....She cut my fingers twice.
At one point i took the nail file from her and reshaped and tried to save what ever length was left on the worst fingers.
At the end i go to pay and i was charged $74 for a horrible pedicure and even worst gel manicure. This is the most i've ever paid for these services. OVER PRICED. i think she added her tip into my total knowing i was NOT going to tip her.
I asked another employee, "short skinny with big popped out eyes", when does the other guy work so that next time i can come when he is there. She lied to my face and said "Oh he not work here, he just come to help us when busy"... When i completely was told other wise by the guy 2 weeks prior. I wish i would've caught his name because he's awesome!
