I have a 2012 Hyundai Accent that has had all of its servicing done by this dealership specifically. In 2014 I had the battery replaced by the dealership with the recommended interstate battery. Since then the battery dies constantly. I have gone through 7 batteries in two years. I repeatedly asked them to look into a further issue but they insist all other parts of the car are fine. I contacted the manufacturer of the battery and they said that my car requires a 121 battery. This service department keeps putting in a 26 battery, one made for a PT cruiser they stopped making 5 years ago. I brought this to the attention of the service department but they said "no that didn't matter". Their recommendation was the drive it at least 2 times a week for more than 30 miles. (Guess I'm never going on vacation again). I expressed my dissatisfaction with this "fix" and was promised an email from the foreman. I was never contacted again. It appears to me this dealership cannot even fix their own car. I have never been so dissatisfied with a car service before. I guess I won't be buying hyundais anymore, I need a reliable car.
