I love this pub. I've been here many times and it always feels like home. I've tried both the downstairs and upstairs, and I much prefer the coziness of the upstairs area. There's bar seating, tables, and sofas up there as well as a tv in the middle of the room for when a game is on. I always seem to come on quiet nights when the tv is off though, which suits me just fine.
I really like the food, though their snack items are a bit pricey for the small amount that you get. I'd recommend you just go for a main so that you're not still peckish after eating. The fish and chips are an obvious choice, but I've also had their wild mushroom pithivier which was also good. They carry blanche de chambly, which makes me happy.
