  • Good company, and responsive. I've never had a problems and have always had issues seen to and taken care of. I live in one of the Twilight communities and one problem I have seen is a good number of these homes being purchased by out of area investors and then rented, the result being in many cases, lack of upkeep of those properties. However, when problems are brought to Colonial's attention, they act. They have to go through a notification process, but things do get done. It's in the homeowners' best interest to see that their homes are not devalued as a result of the problems associated with rentals. And Colonial is doing a good job, in my view. And I agree with one other reviewer about Suzanna Avila being very helpful, prompt and professional. Keep up the good work
